They arrived right on schedule, and I was immediately impressed with their level of professionalism. The crew worked efficiently and made sure everything was packed and moved carefully. I had some delicate items, and I appreciated how they handled everything with care, ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move. Patrick, as the leader of the team, was especially great at communicating with me, keeping me updated throughout the process. The whole crew was friendly, courteous, and hardworking. They didn’t waste any time and were very respectful of my property. The move went smoothly and quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Summit Van Lines is one of the worst experiences I ever had.

Once you signed the contract, you're on their hands, and everything is a nightmare, you can't ask for nothing, you feel unsecure with all your belongings on Summit Wharehouse, until they dispacht, broken and scratch pieces, all because they want to finish in the less hours possible, and if you submit a claim, forget it, no answer at all.

BELIEVE ME, WORST EXPERIENCE IN FLORIDA.

If you're planning a move in Bradenton, I highly recommend Summit Van Lines! Sammy provided me with an accurate estimate that helped set clear expectations for the move. When the day came, the movers arrived right on time and got straight to work. Sammy's attention to detail and professionalism were evident from the start. He made sure everything was well-packed and secure for the trip, and he communicated with me at each step of the process. The team was fast, but they didn’t cut corners when it came to protecting my items. They took extra care with fragile items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. They will not help you at all and just urge you to use the state insurance which gives you 60 scents a pound not of value. Their customer service is is by far one of the worst I’ve ever seen as well. They lied to us on numerous occasions and don’t live up to their word. Long story short they broke a bunch of our items - didn’t do anything about it - just told us to repair them ourselves. Their moving guys get lazy after an hour and only perform sloppy work so beware and pay more then their scammy prices that seem enticing just for poor service. Lastly they sign paperwork for you and send it to your credit card company to avoid chargebacks.

I've had some really bad experiences with movers so I was skeptical at first . I was given multiple options for dates , the prices were explained to me in detail and once I booked these guys in , they showed up on time , and were super careful with my furniture . Our crew for the move was Tovers, Kevin, and Patric. I am chronically ill and definitely couldn't have moved everything myself. They came in like a fresh breeze and speed ran the whole apartment. It was amazing how fast they were while still being careful. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and efficiency. Katie that helped us set the move up was also the only one who actually called us instead of just sending an email, so clearly the professonalism is a company-wide thing. I would 100% use Summit again, I can't thank them enough.

Tovers and Kevin were amazing!! We had several pieces of really heavy furniture, and they made it look easy! Moving is so stressful (at least IMO), but these guys are true professionals. Dave was awesome with finalizing the details before the move. He realized he had under-quoted us in our original estimate, but admitted his mistake and honored that price anyways. I really feel like honesty and transparency are so hard to find these days, so we really appreciate him! We will definitely use these guys again in future moves!!!
